Pace = Total Time ÷ Distance. Enter hours, minutes, and seconds separately, plus distance in kilometers. The calculator computes pace per km and per mile, speed in km/h, and equivalent mile distance.
Running 5 km in 25 minutes (0 hours, 25 min, 0 sec): pace is 5:00 min/km and about 8:03 min/mile. Speed is 12 km/h (7.46 mph). The equivalent distance in miles is 3.11.
